Booking, deposit, cancellation and privacy
This page explains the website enquiry process and how personal data is used. Rental dates, delivery, pricing and cancellation terms remain subject to the formal quote and signed agreement for your booking.
1. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking
The calendar, form, LINE and WhatsApp messages are enquiry tools. Your dates are held only after availability, rental details, the formal quote and the agreed deposit are confirmed.
2. Deposit and holding dates
“Available” and “still open” dates are not held automatically. For still-open enquiry dates, the first customer to complete confirmation and the agreed deposit receives priority.
3. Changes and cancellation
Please contact us as early as possible. Date changes, deposit treatment and any charges depend on the confirmed service, time remaining, documented costs and the signed agreement; this page does not promise a fixed cancellation amount.
4. Personal data and photos
Name, contact details, dates, delivery location and notes are used only to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote and agreement, arrange handover and provide necessary contact. Customer details are never shown on the public availability calendar.
